Conditions for Returns

The product must be returned in its original undamaged ARCANE WARRIOR packaging
Include a copy of your packing slip
Include all product manuals and small parts
The product must be unused and in new condition
All Discount items are not eligible for return
Returns outside the 48 hour window, or those missing manuals and/or small parts, or returned in visibly used condition, will be processed at ARCANE WARRIOR’s discretion.

Important Notes

• Please note: All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
• Returns must be authorized: Contact us for a return authorization number
• Authorization validity: Return authorization numbers are valid for 15 days from the issue date
• Shipping requirements: All returns must be shipped prepaid (no C.O.D. shipments) in their original packaging, carefully boxed to prevent damage during shipping
• Insurance recommendation: We recommend insuring your return for the value of the product in case of loss or damage during transit
